More than 40 years ago, the ice cream master Angelo Corvitto started in the world of ice cream making with all his passion and commitment to innovation. From the year 2000, his son Hervé Corvitto joined the team and gave it a new boost, adapting and perfecting the technique to the new demands of restoration in modern facilities located in the Empordà. Next to the workshop there is a small museum shop where you can taste and buy ice cream.
