The herd (Mu)DA lives in freedom, in the forest and meadows. Cows and calves are fed on pastures and with organic fodder, which they produce without fertilizers or chemical treatments. Extensive livestock farming facilitates year-round fire prevention. To close the cycle, they rely on producers, slaughterhouses and workshops in the Empordà. Compostable containers.
