Project by Neus Ferrer, self-taught cook, specialized in vegetarian cuisine, Mallorcan gastronomy, postpartum nutrition and retreat cooking. Currently, he heads the Obrador de Sa Menjua, in Celrà, where tofu and seitan are made by hand with 100% organic ingredients, of course.
