Falconera means nature and sea, a place to taste Km 0 traditional produce. Specialising in a wide variety of rice dishes , from the classic ‘paella’ to interesting ‘non-paella’ alternatives and soups, featuring some French flavours such as foie or magret of duck. Falconera is Gregory Abella’s new personal project. The Roses chef has 20 years experience in the restaurant business worldwide.
